Caps superfan Ovie the Bulldog passed away on Friday, according to his owner, Michael Robinson. Caps Outsider is in mourning, as we’ve been friends with this wonderful dog for many years.

Caps Outsider had so much fun with Ovie over the years, covering him on countless occasions and even having him blog for us during his road trips. Even after he moved to San Diego in 2014, we didn’t lose touch, as his tweeting and visits for the Winter Classic and Stanley Cup Finals kept us entertained.
