Instead of bidding, this year you can straight-up purchase the Caps autographed Christmas balls. Alex Ovechkin, Braden Holtby and Nicklas Backstrom will be $50 (no more T.J. Oshie‘s!). Players returning from last season will be $30 or 2 for $50 and all rookies and first year Caps players will be $20. The money earned from this will benefit Fort Dupont Arena’s Kids on Ice Program.
Pre-order ornaments from Nancy Rogers at [email protected] and she will bring them to a home game. The fan club will be at 10 Tavern this Saturday from 6:30 pm to 7:45 pm before the game selling them.
