Caps Autographed Christmas Balls

The Washington Capitals Fan Club is selling autographed Christmas ornaments to fans, located on the Verizon Center concourse outside section 115. The proceeds will go to charity. We’ll let them explain:

Are you getting ready for the holiday season?  Are you looking for that special gift for a Capitals fan on your list or maybe something for yourself?

Again this year we’ll be selling Christmas balls autographed by the Capitals players.  Starting with Saturday, December 7 (until they are gone) we will have the popular “Pick-A-Ball” for $30 where fans draw a ball (red or white) signed by 2 players (except for a few with a single Ovechkin signature).  At those games and others until Christmas, we will also have special ones decorated by some of the players and some theme ones for which you will challenge other fans for the highest “donation” to charity.  Again this year there will be chances ($5) on a large red ball signed by the entire team and coaching staff.  Awesome items for your holiday collection!

These are glass ornaments, and although they will be wrapped in bubble wrap, you may want to bring something to protect them during the hockey game and their ride home.

Again this year all profits from the Christmas balls will be donated to Mike Green’s “So Kids Can”.  Join Mike, Brooks, Nicki, and Elliot in supporting their charity this year.
