The Washington Capitals announced the promotional schedule for their upcoming 50th Anniversary season at Capital One Arena.
From duo bobbleheads to a gravy boat—plus five Eras Nights—we're celebrating our 50th Anniversary in style.

The promo schedule for this upcoming season is very intriguing, with the Capitals’ season opener vs. the New Jersey Devils on Oct. 12th being the Opening Night Giveaway presented by GEICO, which includes a schedule magnet for those in attendance.
The month of November includes some very notable promo days, including Capsgiving on Nov. 23 which has a special Zamboni gravy boat giveaway, rightfully fitting with the Thanksgiving theme.
The 50th Anniversary season will also feature some Era Night bobblehead giveaways, such as Pioneer Night with Mike Gartner and Rod Langway bobbleheads (Dec. 14), The Dot Com Caps with Peter Bondra and Olaf Kolzig (Feb. 1), and Rock the Red with Alex Ovechkin and Nicklas Backstrom (Mar. 7).
Other 50th Anniversary Era Nights include The Pioneers with a replica jersey giveaway (Nov. 8) and ALL CAPS and the Stanley Cup Era with a photo book giveaway (Apr. 4).
The promo schedule also features tons of other fun theme nights, such as Hispanic Heritage (Oct. 15), Veterans Day (Nov. 13), Pride (Dec. 3), Caps Canines Night (Jan. 14), Marvel Super Hero Day (Feb. 9), and so much more.
