Sources tell us that Inova Blood Services will hand out bobbleheads of rookie Chandler Stephenson at its upcoming Caps blood drive in July.
More recently, Inova gave out John Walton bobbleheads to fans. Before that, they passed out vouchers for Philipp Grubauer and Jakub Vrana. No word on when those will be delivered.
