I held my breath for all of games 3 and 4 of the Caps-Rangers series – and not just because of how close the games were. I had made a deal that if Alex Semin scored a goal in either of those games, I would score a date. With him.
At times in those games he led the team in shots. He had a beautiful assist, and was instrumental in another goal. But unfortunately, he never did score.
