Fun With Nate Schmidt’s Puck-Biting Photo

It took a brilliant man with a T-shirt at the Caps game the other night to clue us in to what should have been the biggest Caps Photoshop no-brainer since Michael Latta scored his first career goal.

A few months ago, Caps defenseman and ever-so-happy Nate Schmidt posed for a photo with a puck in his mouth and the hashtag #CapsBruins. The Caps do this all the time before games but Schmidt’s rendition, by far, was the funniest.

With that fan’s T-shirt serving as inspiration, we came up with a few other products that would sell just by slapping Schmidt’s face on it. My sense is, people would actually buy this stuff.

Note: We kept the wording as #CapsBruins because having fun with variations of that is way too much effort. But if we had to change it even once, it would definitely be: #Schmidty.
