No goal!
On a second period power play Friday, Evgeny Kuznetsov did that move again where he slips the puck around the goalie’s skate in the far corner.
Kuzy’s arms went up in the air and the refs blew the whistle. Then they went to watch the replay, appearing to be looking at the Jumbotron, and then skated out to center ice to say that the call on the ice stands. No goal.
Already robbed of a goal, Kuznetsov then missed on an empty net on the next power play. Some games, you can’t catch a break.
