The Washington Capitals are Stanley Cup Champions and that means one thing… WE GET BOBBLEHEADS! As we detailed already, there are going to be 24 Stanley Cup-themed bobbleheads, produced by FOCO, available come September. Since that’s still a ways away we thought it would be fun to spend that time taking a closer look at each bobblehead included in this lineup.
Today we’ll take a look at the million dollar man, and by million we mean probably $64 million over 8 years (that’s our prediction). Looking at John Carlson’s career with Washington it sure was nice to see him put up the greatest season of his career when it counted. Now let’s see if he put up a great bobblehead too.
Carlson has always had a particular look to himself but the clear focal point of this bobblehead is that nose. That’s always been one of his defining attributes so good on FOCO to add that in there. The slightly relaxed eyes help to pull this one together but in all honesty his eyes probably look the opposite now with all of those dollar signs floating in front of them.
