It’s the Winter Classic Caps-themed Royals jersey (via the Reading Royals)
Since the Reading Royals joined up with the Caps as their ECHL affiliate, they’ve unveiled a couple of jerseys over past year to pay tribute to their NHL club. So far, they have shown off two different Caps themed jerseys – one purple and one Caps’ road-themed. Now they’re adding another to that list during Capitals Tribute Night, where they will unveil a Capitals Winter Classic-themed Royals jersey when they take on the K-Wings on December 28th. Not only will those in attendance get to see the Royals square off in their cool new attire, but they will also be able to enter a contest (if they are 21 or older), to win a Washington Capitals game trip. So don’t miss out on your chance to have some fun and maybe even win yourself a nice trip to DC.
