Around The League In 30 Days: The Boston Bruins

Continuing this alphabetical order trend (instead of, say, best-to-worst), the Fansided NHL network turns its attention to the Boston Bruins, a team the Capitals can take a look at to learn a thing or two about winning a Stanley Cup (last season, at least). Steve Kendall of Causeway Crowd believes that the Bruins have the pieces in place for a Stanley Cup repeat. I’m not sure how that’s possible, considering that Washington was declared the winner of the offseason sweepstakes, which means kissing Lord Stanley is all but a formality at this point for the Caps. But previews are just that: A bunch of positive hype before reality sets in. So let’s let Boston dream of their return to glory in ’11-’12 – for now.
