For the Caps, It Shouldn’t Hurt So Bad, But It Does
The Caps had the Panthers beat three games in a row, but...
Tampa Bay Lightning Coach Guy Boucher got up close and personal with the media members at the Verizon Center on Friday, yet not one of them asked the question that was on everyone’s mind: What’s that thing on your face?
Possibilities:
Things shaped like a triangle for 100, Alex. Groan.
Here is what has previously been reported:
The St. Petersburg Times:
Boucher is coy about how he got the prominent scar on his right cheek, saying only it’s not hockey-related. ‘I didn’t tell anybody back home (what it’s from), so it’s like this little enigma,’ he said, laughing. ‘My kids don’t even know.’
I have heard that it was the result of a construction accident he suffered while working in Quebec one summer. He had a brick tossed toward his face, and did not see it coming.
He is actually a warrior from the future and received the scar during a light saber battle. GO PENS.
I’m going with it being from him surviving one of the ‘Saw’ movies.
