Caps Unveil Presidents’ Trophy Banner

There are a couple of new banners to admire in the rafters at the Verizon Center. No, it’s not another Mystics Attendance Champions banner – those have been removed to make room for actual accomplishments. The Capitals unveiled their third consecutive Southeast Division Champions banner alongside their first Presidents’ Trophy banner. Now the fans can forever remember the 2009-10 season for what they did right.

There is plenty of room for a Stanley Cup banner.
