Stingrays Clinch Playoff Spot for 26th Time in 27 Years

The South Carolina Stingrays are the epitome of consistency and a model franchise for the ECHL.
With a 6-5 overtime win over the Worcester Railers, the Stingrays clinched a playoff spot for the 13th straight season and for the 26th time in the franchise’s 27th year of existence.
It is February 23.
The Stingrays are 41-10-4 for 86 points this season through 55 of the 72 game season. The Stingrays have a seven point lead on the Florida Everblades for the division and first place in the conference.
They lead the Allen Americans by six points for top spot in the league.
