Stingrays Are Ready For Opening Night

AR-150309432With the announcement of the final roster this afternoon, the South Carolina Stingrays are ready to begin their season against the Reading Royals this Saturday.

Per ECHL Rules, each team may carry at most 20 players, 18 of whom can be skaters. For the first 30 days of the regular season, teams can carry 21 players, 19 of whom can be skaters. Teams are also allowed only two players on Reserve at any time and an unlimited number on the 21-Day Injured Reserve.

Here is the Opening Night roster for the 2015-16 South Carolina Stingrays:

UPDATE: Later in the day, the Stingrays signed Jared Staal. Yes, Jared Staal of the Staal brothers.
