Misspelled Johansson Jersey for $1250.00

It rarely misses the blogosphere when an athlete or teams’ name is misspelled on their game jerseys. But rarely does that mistake go on sale (for a very reasonable price). This #90 game-worn Marcus Johansson – spelled Johannson – jersey will only set you back $1250.

This jersey was worn in a 2-1 win at Florida on February 17, 2012. Johansson led all Caps forwards in ice-time that game with 21:40, but was -1. Tomas Fleischmann scored for Florida in the first period, while Alex Ovechkin and Alexander Semin scored in the third on Jose Theodore. Ah, memories.

Getty has a (rights-restricted) image of Johansson wearing the jersey, which you can purchase from meigray.com. If you do, please write to us and tell us that you bought it.
