These Caps fans, who call themselves the Red Men, were spotted walking outside Verizon Center on Friday, passing out Caps stickers to fans. They say they’re only doing this for the playoffs but I’m sure someone will request that they make this a regular thing. I’m all for it, I suppose, only if they find some threads that are a little more loose-fitting.
