This Cap was a career minor league enforcer before being called up for the final games of the dreadful 2003-2004 season, where he made his NHL debut at the age of 32. That’s when he set an NHL mark by being the only player to wear the number 69 in an game. He also gave a memorable interview with Craig Laughlin between periods, ecstatic that he had finally made it to the NHL.
