Tim Army and Tim Hunter served as assistant coaches during the Ron Wilson era. If you’ve ever been to one of the Capitals fan events, you know that the Capitals often provide autograph sessions, and typically the shortest line is for the coaches. Well apparently someone on eBay not only got these gents to sign his pucks, but he held onto them for at least 7 years before he pulled the trigger on this auction. I assume he was waiting for the value to be at its highest, but after getting laid off, he couldn’t wait on these investments any longer. In case you were wondering, the 19 on Hunter’s puck is his number from his playing days with the Calgary Flames.
