Another 100 for Ovie

AUTHOR: | IN: News | COMMENTS: None Yet

One hundred points these days means a lot, and Alex Ovechkin getting it for the fourth time in five years is quite remarkable. But it’s business as usual for Ovie and something we’ve come to expect. However, something about his stats this year still seems… off. While missing ten games certainly contributes to that, there still seems to be something odd going on this year. But that’s no reason to disrespect the team – it’s likely that’s just a favorite of some of the younger guys, like Ovie, because I can’t exactly envision Mike Knuble saying, “Put on the Black Eyed Peas!” So there you have it. Our beloved Capitals dig that kind of music.
