Ron Weber to Call First Period of Game 4 with John Walton and Ken Sabourin

Hockey Hall of Fame broadcaster, and original voice of the Washington Capitals will call the first period of Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Final with John Walton and Ken Sabourin, Walton announced on Twitter.
Thrilled to announce that Hall of Fame broadcaster Ron Weber, the original voice of the @Capitals, will join us on @CapitalsRadio for the call of Game 4 Monday night. He’ll co-anchor our pregame show, and be on the call with me and Ken Sabourin for the first period. pic.twitter.com/lz0hrQ5PAX

Weber, 84, called the first 1,936 Washington Capitals games. He was the radio play-by-play guy from the team’s inception in 1974 through 1997, a span of 23 years.
Weber lives in Wheaton, Md. and still goes to almost all of the Capitals home games.
