Two local referees. (Caps Outsider)
A bunch of visually-impaired zebras invaded Capital One Arena on Thursday to catch the Capitals play the Dallas Stars. The local referees, many of whom have called completely incorrect penalties on me, got drunk, were loud and obnoxious, and cheered on the refs and linesman at the game.
This wasn’t the first, but hopefully the last time these folks show up at the game together in their matching uniforms, while prancing around and blowing their whistles. No word on who was reffing the local beer league games at this time.
