Well Caps, fans it’s happened again. We are sad to announce that the Joel Ward bobblehead that you were promised to receive this weekend will be delayed, just as the Nicklas Backstrom bobble was last drive. As there are close to 800 donors attending the blood drive Saturday, I know many of you may be disappointed about the news. However, same as last time, there will be additional items being given away in hopes to make up for the delay. In addition to the Caps t-shirt you will also receive:
• Two upper level tickets to a preseason game of your choice
• Refillable Dunkin Donuts cup
• Voucher to redeem your Joel Ward bobblehead
Although this may be bad news, we as Caps fans have to remember that this is for a much bigger cause than just picking up another bobblehead (although the bobblehead is pretty awesome) as we are using our favorite hockey team to help us come together and save lives. We still hope to see you there Saturday, and so does Joel, so keep those appointments and come hang out with us this at Kettler!
