For those of you who already bought the Alex Ovechkin plush doll and were thinking: This is just too damn big, you can now rejoice as a brand new 10-inch Alex Ovechkin plush doll is set to hit stores, just in time for the holidays. Yes, folks, the days of Ovi dominating those tea parties due too his massive size are over.
In all seriousness, our friends at Bleacher Creatures decided to shrink their dolls a bit, meaning they’ll cost a bit less during these grim economic times.
Also, stay tuned for more Caps dolls, but don’t expect any until the lockout ends.
Ovechkin, plus mini versions of Zach Parise, Teemu Selänne, T.J. Oshie, Matt Duchene, and Gabriel Landeskog will be available the first week of December on the NHL’s website and from Bleacher Creatures.
