NHL Twitter Visualizer – Caps vs. Flyers
In case you haven’t seen it yet, the NHL has added a pretty slick Twitter Visualizer to their Facebook page. Every time I check the damn thing, it seems to show Flyers’ fans as the “Noise Leader.” So with the Capitals playing in Philadelphia tonight, I was curious to see what the “Head to Head” would show. As you can see in the screenshot below from the end of the 1st period, the buzz for the Capitals on Twitter is pretty strong.
I would assume that the road team is normally ahead in these match-ups though, as they don’t have 18,000 of their fans AT the game. I’ll give it another look during the Detroit game on Saturday, to see how we do in a home game against an original six team.
