Tom Poti vs. Scott Gomez
From HockeyFights.com : Tom Poti vs. Scott Gomez Tom Poti gets the victory, in more ways than one. The judgment of Gomez needs to be questioned with the timing of this fight. It was a major momentum shift in the game, and possibly the series.

Pre-Game Antics
While capturing some of the shady business outside of Verizon Center, I was able to witness a bit of the fun as well. Weekend playoff games make for a wonderful pre-game atmosphere as people arrive downtown several hours early for the party.
Ticket Scalpers at Verizon Center
With the Capitals’ success, a minor nuisance has turned into an epidemic. I am referring of course to the ticket scalping problem outside of Verizon Center. Anyone who has ever walked down F Street before a game has surely been harassed by these folks. They have turned an illegal activity into a business, in plain site of police. The officer I spoke with informed me that the scalpers know the laws, and know exactly where to stand to be outside of their jurisdiction.
Playoff Banners Outside Verizon Center

There has been a culture change in Washington. The team, the coaches, the fans, the media, and the entire city expect the Capitals to win. That doesn’t mean they don’t have to earn it, it means that anything less than a victory is a Failure. I’ve been going to Capitals games for a long time, and I don’t ever remember having this [...]
