“Maybe he’s jealous of Russia”

Tarik El-Bashir reached out to Alex Ovechkin for a comment on Don Cherry this evening. As always, Alex obliged with this gem, “Maybe he’s jealous of Russia.” Ovechkin was referring to comments made by Don Cherry yesterday criticizing Alex Ovechkin’s goal celebrations.
