From Russia with Glove side! It’s McDonald’s new ads promoting their NHL star mini-helmets featuring a diminutive hockey star. No, it’s not Martin St Louis, but new Russian SuperLeague import Sergei Puckizen. See him in action:

ESPN recently conducted a poll of NHL Players in which they asked, “Which player complains the most on the ice?” The verdict by an overwhelming margin, Sidney Crosby. They also asked a question, “If you could change lives with another player, who would it be?” The answer on that one? You guessed it, Alex Ovechkin. The Goal, The Sequel
Alex Ovechkin scored another ridiculous goal last night. We had previously shared with you “The Goal” from Ovechkin’s rookie season. Then for the Breakaway Challenge at the All-Star game, we showed you Alex’s recreation of “The Goal”. We now present to you, “The Sequel”. Not sure if the name will stick, but that is what I have seen Caps bloggers calling it this morning.
Cooleys on the Kiss Cam

Chris Cooley, Pro-Bowl Redskins Tight End, and his wife Christy were recently in attendance at a Washington Capitals game, and of course they were featured on the Kiss Cam.
