Tom Wilson’s Suspension Reduced to 14 Games
(Caps Outsider)
Neutral arbitrator Shyam Das reduced Tom Wilson’s suspension to 14 games on Tuesday. Wilson has been out of 16 games so far from the original 20 games imposed by Commissioner Gary Bettman. This means that Wilson can play as early as tonight. With this determination the total salary loss for Wilson is $378,048.78. He won’t be able to get the two games in excess that he wasn’t able to play, but at least will get the money back from those games.

Looks like Wilson is back on the top line:
Capitals expected lineup vs. Wild
Ovechkin-Kuznetsov-Wilson
Vrana-Backstrom-Oshie
Burakovsky-Eller-Connolly
Stephenson-Boyd-DSPOrlov-Carlson
Kempny-Niskanen
Djoos-BoweyCopley starts
So, Caps basically going back to their top three forward lines from the playoffs.
