NBC broadcast the pre-game festivities from Las Vegas last night, and they were fairly spectacular. Imagine a mix of Medieval Times, Ice Capades, and Blue Man Group. While the Capitals don’t do anything that crazy, they are utilizing rather impressive graphic projections on the ice these days. It occurred to us that fans unable to make it to the games may not have seen these graphics before, unless they were broadcast on TV and we missed it. So we recorded the introduction video that played on the ice prior to Game 2 this afternoon versus Pittsburgh. Enjoy.
