At long last, Marcus Johansson is getting a bobblehead. The announcement came during the Caps’ home opener during the first intermission. The bobblehead will be given out during the next Inova Blood Drive.
This comes after years of snubs for Johansson. Players like Jay Beagle, Matt Hendricks, TJ Oshie and Justin Williams got bobbleheads long before Johansson (Eric Fehr was another frequent snub).
The blood drive is currently scheduled for November 26th, but there isn’t yet a signup online. There are other options such as calling 1-866-BLOODSAVES (1-866-256-6372) or emailing [email protected] to schedule an appointment to get your own bobble.
