Karl Alzner Teams With Jeff Halpern and Astro Doughnuts for Movember

It’s Movember again and as usual, Caps defenseman Karl Alzner is stepping up his game to raise money for men’s health. This year, he’s teaming up with former Washington captain Jeff Halpern, owner of Astro Doughnuts & Fried Chicken, to raise even more money. Astro Doughnuts made a special ‘Movember Doughnut’ and for each one sold, they’ll donate $.27 (that’s Alzner’s number!) to Alzner’s Movember page. You can donate directly to that here.

Alzner says he won’t be doing anything crazy with the ‘stache this year (like that time he tried to dye it blonde like Hulk Hogan), but needless to say, Alzner is all-in for Movember as usual.
