Sticks for Troops is one of Caps Outsider’s favorite hockey-related charities We’ll let them explain what they do:

The mission of the Sticks for Troops program is to provide hockey equipment to deployed service members worldwide (Multiple sites in Afghanistan as well as Qatar, Kuwait, and Egypt). The goal is not only to provide equipment but also to share the valuable lessons learned through teamwork, dedication and sportsmanship.

Caps defenseman Connor Carrick has lent a hand to Sticks for Troops, and now you can win a signed t-shirt while donating to this cause, not to mention other prizes.
