The Caps Yarmulke

Orthodox Jews aren’t just Yankees fans, they can also be Capitals fans (I can stereotype like that because of my orthodox Jewish relatives who are pulling for the Yankees. And Rangers.). So naturally, they can show their pride with a Capitals kippah. The owner of this wore his to Game 1 of the Caps-Rangers game on Thursday. Where did he get it? “Israel,” he said. They should sell them at Verizon Center.

Of course, you needn’t be orthodox, or even Jewish, to wear one on a Thursday, but it would make sense. The only one I could find to order is on etsy.

Good shabbas from Capitals Outsider.
