It’s been, what, a year since we had an NHL hockey game played at Verizon Center? Okay, maybe not exactly, but it’s certainly feels like it. Though last Thursday’s practice at the Phone Booth gave fans an opportunity to show some spirit, it was just a preview of what was to come Tuesday at the Capitals-Jets game.
