Never one to cover anything serious, Capitals Outsider found itself searching high and low for offbeat content this offseason, only to come up empty. Then we came up with the bright idea of republishing old content to make it look like we were doing work. That only lasted for about a week. But then the lightbulb went off over our head and we came up with this:
