Preview of 24/7 Penguins/Capitals: Road To The NHL Winter Classic

As you hopefully are aware by now, the Capitals and Penguins will be featured beginning December 15th in an HBO series which chronicles their road to the Winter Classic. The 24/7 series has been previewed recently (and will be re-aired) in a 12 minute piece that brings a higher production level than most anything we’ve seen from Hockey in the past. There is a pretty poor quality video of that preview available here if you don’t happen to have HBO, but we prefer our video to look a little better when we embed, so instead we’ve chosen a few select clips from HBO and the NHL :
