It’s summertime, and that means Comcast SportsNet is airing reruns of Capitals games. Tonight, it’s the Caps-Penguins game from March 24, 2010 (I won’t spoil the result for those who haven’t seen it yet).
I tend not to watch reruns of sports because I already know the result and it’s not exactly must-see television, but summertime is different because there’s nothing but baseball on, and who wants to watch that?

Thursday: Atlanta Thrashers at Washington Capitals From April 9, 2010.
Friday: Montreal Canadiens at Washington Capitals From April 17, 2010.
I can think of a few other games from this past season I’d also like to see, like the Super Bowl Sunday game against the Penguins, but just about any hockey will satisfy my craving until next season.
