I think its pretty sad that all of you are going back and forth lashing out with stabs back and forth at each other, ok fine so you’re teams are playing in the playoffs, cheer for them and stop acting like little freaking kids talking about each other.

I’ve been a Caps fan for years, but I’m sad to say with the way all of you are acting I’d hate to claim any of you as fans for my team NY or Caps……no reason to act like little kids. Enjoy the fact that your team was great enough to make it this far….grow up!

Actually that argument is irrelevant to this and yes I was referring to ignorant Rags fans.

We aren’t reversing roles here. As for the ignorant people, again, yes there are ignorant people everywhere but as I said before I’m not comparing them to other fans.

I will say this, lets hope Avery plays tonight. His lack of discipline as well as Tortellini’s should bode well for the caps.

As for the Brashear suspension it was over the top and meant to make an example of him. I wonder if Dubinsky’s boo boo has healed.

Look for ugliness from the Rags if they’re down a bit near the end of the game. Given their track record of incessant whining and crying this entire series I wouldn’t put it past them to continue their head hunting as they prepare for Golf season.

I see the local Klan academy let out in NY today and a few children came running to post.

Brash got 6 games. So be it. They won with him and they won without him. The complete and utter domination of the Rags in game 5 and 6 without Donald’s rather lackluster and ineffective play states rather clearly they don’t need him to win.

The ignorance shared amongst some of the more vocal Rags fans really demonstrates the sordid state of their local school systems. It’s nothing to be proud of, really.

Domination will end the Rags’ season tomorrow night, 4-1.

The childish lashing out about the old franchise is so relevent it made me pause in my response – NOT! Look at the Rangers stats – they have had their “down” years, they have simply been around longer than DC so they have had a chance to have more “up” swings. What we “were” is not what we are! I am not a fairweather fan, they have my support whether they suck or whether they finally bring home a Cup. We have a team that is being grown with every game, every playoff series and with every moment of time Boudreau invests in these boys. He will make them the next big thing – in some ways he already has.

Anyone who makes racist nasty comments for shock value has no value as far as I am concerned. Coming at the world on a blog with a vicious tongue makes others just think you are the moron – not me. I am all for the back-and-forth of blog rumblings as long as there is something worth challenging one another with. I love it – it educates, challenges and provides different points of view. I welcome the challenge – but apparently don’t have the sense of mind to let it go when someone takes it too far. Fair enough shame on me…

At the end of the day – if Avery had done this the Rangers would be celebrating in the street! Hell fans threw coins and LED bulbs on the ice during a game in NY and could have greatly injured any player including Rangers. I am not saying all Caps fans are great, not all people are great – but the Rangers outright, holier-than-thou attitude shows that they think they are better than us. F that!

Nate – I brought up the playing hockey vs. not playing hockey because I believe only a small, insecure, inconsequential person would think it is fun to post racist ignorant comments. I think “the Lesser” would cave under the pressure of being on the ice with real hockey players instead of being behind his computer with a smart mouth and a bad attitude. Hell – I am a girl who would crumple under a hit from the weakest NHL player, I have respect for what they do and I have brains enough to know that the “sin bin” wasn’t created because everyone is “nice” in hockey. There would be no need for suspensions if Brash is the only naughty player on the ice.

BTW, I agree about Gomez. He is overrated.

Brash is one of the most skilled goons in the league. He’s just not the most agile guy out there.
